Event description

The chefs, volunteers and guests who make up our Signature Chefs Events community are coming together in new, innovative ways to suport moms and babies this year.

We are following state mandated guidelines in response to COVID-19 and will not have an in-person event this year. So, we are preparing an exciting, new Virtual Gala for your 2020 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction experience!

We need your help now more than ever. Your support funds:

  • COVID-19 interventions and support for moms and babies
  • Programs that promote health equity for moms and babies and directly combat racial disparities in maternal and child health
  • Free virtual NICU support program for families
  • Virtual prenatal programs for moms-to-be
  • Educational programs, including live Facebook panel discussions, to get info into the hands of moms and families
  • Necessary supplies for expectant mothers including blood pressure cuffs and masks and so much more!

On May 19th, 2021 Morgan gave birth to her 3 boys at just 27 weeks and 4 days gestation.  Wells was delivered first weighing 2 lbs 4oz, Charlie was delivered second weighting 2 lbs 2 oz. and Harrison was delivered last weighing 1 lb 13 oz.  Charlie and Wells spent 98 days in the NICU and Charlie spent 127 days in the NICU after developing pulmonary hypertension and becoming very sick.  All 3 boys are now healthy 2 year olds.

Galley & Garden Dinner for 4 in the Wine Room

Enjoy a memorable 4-course dinner for four (4) with hand selected bottles of wine (valued at $100/each) from the owner's private cellar.  The wine will be paired with the main course and hte courses will consist of appetizer, salad, entree and dessert of chef's choosing.
 
Advanced reservations of 30 days is required. Expires May 1, 2024

All inclusive dinner for 8 with Executive Chef & Owners Jorge and Aimee Castro at Sol Y Luna Tapas & Tequilas.

Lot #4 Escape to Lake Martin

Two nights at Willow Point Willa with dinner at your dining room of choice at the club.  After breakfast at the club on Saturday, enjoy your morning with a pontoon boat cruise on more than 40,000 acres of Lake Martin.  Afterwards, fuel up with lunch at Kowaliga Restaurant so you will be ready to tee off on "america's most beautfil lakeside course." Then, prepare to be spoiled at Springhouse for dinner. Sunday morning, stop by Willow Point for breakfast on your way to The Stables as you prepare for your guided horseback trail ride through Russell Forest along the shores of Lake Martin.  You'll finish up in time for brunch back at SpringHouse to bring your memorable weekend to a close.

Enjoy a wonderful beach getaway to the fabulous Turquoise Place. The unit is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo that overlooks the crystal clear water of Orange Beach, AL.  $3,000 voucher, to go towards your getaway.  Use it for a few days in the summer or a full week in the off season.
Advanced reservations are required. Not valid Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend and is non transferable.  Reservations are restricted to consecutive nights.  Guest is responsible for cleaning and parking fee.  Expires 12/21/2024.
